Boundary Surveys
A diligent boundary survey will help protect one of your most valuable investments: real property. Original Survey Solutions understands this and will take great care in assuring that your boundary survey is done correctly and on schedule. We have a team of experienced field and office surveyors who will leave no stone unturned in the determination of your property’s boundary lines.
A boundary survey identifies where your title lines lie on the ground, according to the legal description in your grant deed. Your boundary survey will begin with thorough record research of any available maps or documents that reference your parcel(s) and provide documented evidence of any previous survey work done on or near your property.
When research is complete, a survey field crew will be dispatched to locate record monuments and gather other physical evidence, until there is enough to conclusively prove where boundary lines lie on the ground. If any corner monuments are determined to be missing or out of position, they will be set and referenced on a plat or recorded map of the survey.
Any record easements attached to your property will be shown on the plat or record of survey and staked on the ground at your request. Other possible encumbrances will also be noted on the plat and brought to your attention if necessary.
